The opening event organization for Tanzor company

On January 19th, an opening event organized by the agency ACEX Drive took place in Khimki, Russia, for clients and representatives of the media. The Tanzor Group of Companies is a Russian supplier of paint and coating materials that has its own production facilities and works with exclusive international suppliers.

Stages: 

1. Venue decoration and setup.

2. Selection of the necessary equipment.

3. Choice of host, photographer and sound engineer.

4. Catering services.

5. Monitoring adherence to the script and timing.

The event was attended by 70 people, including representatives from industry-specific media and the company's clients. After the company presentation, the attendees were invited to a tour where they learned about the equipment operation and the technological features of the production process.
