ACEX Drive, a communication agency, served as the organizer of a session at the largest logistics exhibition in Eurasia – Logitrans 2022, which took place in Istanbul from November 16th to 18th, 2022. The exhibition attracted over 10,000 visitors and featured 164 participating companies from more than 20 countries, including representatives from manufacturing, commercial companies, suppliers of products, and logistics services for the industry.

Work stages:

1. Creation of the event concept. At this stage, the session theme, "New Paths of the Eurasian Region," was determined to reflect the transportation trends through Turkey.

3. Negotiations with the organizers regarding the venue and timing of the session.

4. Organization of the promotional campaign. Our specialists prepared event announcements and promoted the conference through various channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, partner websites, and more.

5. Speaker selection, presentation preparation, and speeches. The ACEX Drive team assisted in creating visually appealing presentations for the speakers, who discussed the latest news in the logistics industry. Some of the topics covered were:

“Novorossiysk Port: Services and Features of 2022" – Denis Bobrakov, CEO of Black Sea Shipping.

"Re-Export and Import of Goods through Turkey" – Georgy Vlastopulo, CEO of Optimalog.

"Road Transport through Turkey" – Artem Bagdasaryan, Commercial Director of Cargo-Express.

 

As a result, thanks to the exhibition's organization, participants found reliable partners for building their transportation and logistics chains and established mutually beneficial collaborations.
